How much does it cost for a non-profit to be on Fundraise Local?

Answer

There is no cost for a non-profit to be supported by Fundraise Local.

How does a business get paid for sales on Fundraise Local?

Answer

Fundraise Local using Stripe to send payments to businesses. Currently, businesses must have a stripe account. Although non-profits can receive a paper-check for donations, due to verification purposes businesses must utilize Stripe.

How does Fundraise Local make money?

Answer

Fundraise Local collects a small processing fee (maximum of $10) per transaction to ensure sustainability and growth of the company.

How do I redeem a purchase

Answer

Once your purchase is complete, navigate to your purchase tab in your profile and click on the item you want to redeem. There may be instructions from the business requiring more steps or information. Do NOT press "Redeem" unless you are with the cashier. This is the cashier’s way of knowing you indeed have redeemed your purchase. If you purchased more than one, you can redeem one at a time or click "Redeem All" to redeem all of your items at once.
